This privacy policy sets out how we will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information, including the personal information we collect through our Encore Music Wiz app (“the Application”) and the accentpublishing.com.au, encoremusiceducation.com.au and encoremusicwiz.com.au websites (collectively, “the Sites”). Personal information is information we hold which is identifiable as being about you. In order to provide you with access to our services and products, we may need to collect the following types of personal information from you:

Wherever possible, we will collect personal information from you directly.
Please note that, as per our Terms and Condition of Use, you must be 15 years or older to register to use the Application. If you are under 15 years of age, your parent or guardian will need to register an account in order to gain access to the Application.

- To verify your identity and provide you with access to our products and services.
- To contact and communicate with you, including to provide you with updates and other information related to our products and services.
- For analytics, business development and research, including to operate and improve the Application and our Sites.

- The disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the copyright, trademarks and legal rights of our Application, Sites and/or of third parties.

You may request access to the personal information that we hold about you. A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of this information.
If you would like a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or believe that any personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, you can contact us using our contact details listed below.
In order to process your request, we may first require that you verify your identity.
7. Complaints about privacy
If you have any complaints about our privacy practices, please contact us using the details below. We take complaints seriously and will respond within 30 days of receiving written notice of your complaint.
8. Opt out right
You can stop the collection of personal information by the Application by uninstalling the Application.
If you also wish to close your user account for the Application, please email us at info@accentpublishing.com.au. In order to process your request, we may first require that you verify your identity. We will close your user account within 30 days of receiving your request and verifying your identity.
Thereafter, you will no longer be able to access or reinstall any audio files that have been previously redeemed. Redemption codes, which are linked to user accounts, can only be redeemed once. Should you require access again in the future, you will need to create a new user account and purchase new redemption codes.

9. Changes to the Policy
We may, at our sole discretion, modify this privacy policy at any time. All modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated privacy policy to our Sites. Please check our Sites from time to time to review our Policy.
10. Collection of data from the Application
When you use the Application, we may collect certain information such as your unique mobile device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application. We will aggregate this data to analyse how people use the Application and Sites so that we can improve our services.

Our Application and Sites may use cookies. Cookies are small files that a website uses to identify you when you return to the Application, and to store details about your use of the Application. Most devices automatically accept cookies but you can choose to reject cookies by changing your device settings. Doing so may prevent you from taking full advantage of our Application and Sites.
