Please disregard any instructions that came with your Redemption Card. The correct install sequence is listed below.

Each Redemption Card/Code is valid for SINGLE USE ONLY. Once redeemed, it will be permanently associated with your user account. It cannot be transferred to, nor shared with, another user or user account.

Step 1

Create an account on the Encore Music Wiz website. You’ll also need to verify your email address. You will receive an email with a link requesting verification of your email address. Click on the link to complete the verification process. Make sure to check your spam folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.

Step 2

Login to your account through the Encore Music Wiz website. Go to the home page and click on the 'Add a book' button under 'Your books' and type in the Text Code which is case sensitive. A book may also be added by scanning the QR Code on the back of your Redemption Card. This may be done through the website, or through the app if you have an Android device.

The Text Code/QR Code is printed on the back of your Redemption Card.

Step 3

Download the free Encore Music Wiz app onto your smartphone or tablet from the App Store or Google Play.

Tap on the downloaded book image to open the book. Tracks must be downloaded before they can be played, so either select 'Options' then 'Download All', or download individual tracks by pressing the 'Download' button or down arrow next to the track.

The tracks will be ready to play once the bin symbol or 'Remove' button appears. You can delete tracks at any time by tapping on the bin symbol or 'Remove' button. You can repeat the process to download a track again.

Step 6

Switch the 'Device off' button to 'Device on' by tapping or sliding the switch to the right. This allows you to play the tracks in a book on your device. There is a three (3) device limit per book per Redemption Code. You can see your usage in the label next to the switch, shown as (used/remaining).

Step 7

To play a track, tap on its name. To start playback, press the play button. It will change to a pause button, and playback can be paused by pressing the button again. The stop button stops the track and resets playback to the beginning of that track. It will also reset the section markers.

You can adjust the BPM and pitch of each track by scrolling through the numbers under the respective labels. To reset these settings, tap the 'Reset' button next to the label.

To seek to a position in the track, drag the circular button on the playback bar.

You can play a section of the track by dragging the vertical line buttons on the playback bar. There's one to set the beginning and one to set the end of the section of the track you would like to play. By default, they're at the beginning and end of the playback bar.

There is also an option to play all the tracks in a book sequentially. To do this, tap on 'Options' in the track list, then tap on 'Play all'. Note that this will only cycle through tracks that are currently downloaded onto your device. Refer to Step 5 for instructions on how to download individual tracks.

Step 8

To add more books to your library, return to the Encore Music Wiz website. Go to the home page and click on the 'Add a book' button under 'Your books'. Type in the Text Code which is case sensitive or scan the QR Code.

Once the new book has been added through the website, you will need to refresh the library on the app. Do this by pulling down from the centre of the screen until a spinning loading icon appears up the top.

If you have an Android device, books may be added through the app instead of returning to the website. Select the '+' button, then scan the QR Code or enter the Text Code (case sensitive).
